No. You just need a story and the willingness to stop running from it. I’ll help you with the writing part.

Is Unmute Her only for traumatic stories?

Not at all. Your story can be magical, messy, holy, or hilarious. All are welcome. We don’t gatekeep healing over here!

Do you work with men, too?

Typically, I do not. Men are welcome to cheer from the sidelines, though!
